Refunds
The 72-hour window, how a request is decided, and when a refund is not discretionary.
You have 72 hours from payment to request a refund, and a person reviews every request.
That is the whole thing. The detail is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Open the order in your orders and use the refund option.
Tell us what went wrong. A sentence of context genuinely changes the outcome, because a person reads it — "the installer errors on PHP 8.3 with this message" is actionable, a blank request is decided on the file alone.
You get an email when the decision is made, either way.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Asking opens a review; it does not issue the money. The 72 hours is the window in which to ask, not a guarantee of the answer.
Clause 6 of the Refund Policy lists exactly what weighs for and against a request, so you can predict the answer before you ask.
Because a download does not come back. Revoking your access does not remove the copy on your disk, so a refund is us returning your money while you still hold the thing.
We say that plainly rather than hiding behind it. It is not a reason to refuse refunds — it is the reason the decision is made by a person instead of a script, and the reason the window is short rather than open-ended.
Then you get a refund with no time limit and no review. A failure on our side does not start a clock against you.
Contact us with the order reference. Clause 7 of the Refund Policy governs.
A refund, and it is not a discretionary decision. A product that does not match its own description is our problem to fix.
Tell us what the page promised and what you got. We will correct it, replace it, or refund it — and we will ask which you would prefer.
Ask, and say so plainly. It is exactly the kind of case the review exists for, and an honest mistake is a better reason than most.
It helps a great deal if you have not downloaded it, and it helps if you ask quickly. An untouched order reported within minutes is the easiest decision we make.
We submit it to our payment partner as soon as it is approved. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's timeline — typically 5–7 business days. We cannot speed that up.
It always goes back to the original payment method, in the currency it was taken in. We cannot refund to a different card or account, and that constraint protects you.
Both are revoked. The download disappears from your downloads, outstanding links stop working, and the licence key stops activating and receiving updates. Extensions go with the parent.
You must stop using it and delete your copies, including staging and backups. We keep a record that the purchase and refund happened — that is accounting, not access.
