Account & Security

Signing in, passwords, two-factor, your data, and keeping your account yours.

Sign up with your email and a password, or use a supported sign-in provider. It is free.

If you already checked out as a guest, we may have created one for you — check your email for a link to set a password.

Because that account holds your downloads and your licences. With a password you can sign in from any device and fetch everything again.

Without one, the copy you saved at the time is the only copy you have, and the licence key email is the only place your key exists.

No. We will never ask you for it. Not by email, not in chat, not by telephone, not ever. We also do not operate a phone line, so a call claiming to be DELTRIG support is not from us.

Anyone asking for your code or password is trying to take your account. Do not share it with anybody, including someone claiming to work here.

Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page and we email you a reset link. It expires, so if it has been sitting in your inbox a while, request a fresh one.

Yes. It is in your security settings and it is the single most effective thing you can do to keep the account yours.

Save your backup codes somewhere that is not the same device as your authenticator app.

Change your password now, then email [email protected] straight away.

Tell us what you noticed and roughly when. We can review the account's activity and lock it while we sort it out.

Use it to run your orders, license and support your products, and meet our legal obligations. That is it.

We do not sell it and we do not build advertising profiles. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what we hold, why, and for how long.

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and say which you want. We respond within 30 days.

Before you ask for deletion: you lose access to everything you have bought, so save your files and your licence keys first. We also have to keep some order and payment records afterwards because tax law requires it — the Privacy Policy says what and for how long.
