Downloads
Getting your files, re-downloading, expiring links, and what you may do with them.
Two places, same file:
- On the order page, right after payment.
- In your downloads, any time after that.
If the order says access is being granted, give it a moment — it clears in seconds and you can close the page safely. It will finish without you.
As often as you like. No counter, no cap.
There is a rate limit to stop automated hammering, and no ordinary amount of re-downloading comes near it.
Indefinitely, as long as your account exists and the order has not been refunded. Buying is not a rental.
The link is short-lived, which is a different thing — see the next answer.
Expected, and deliberate. Each link is signed and expires after a short period, so a URL cannot be lifted out of your browser history, a shared screenshot or a forwarded email and used by somebody who never paid.
Nothing is lost. Open your downloads and press the button again — a fresh link is minted instantly, as many times as you need.
Do not bookmark a download URL or put one in a script. Bookmark the downloads page.
Try your browser's resume first. If that fails, just start again from your downloads page — a partial file does not consume anything.
On a large file a wired connection or a download manager will treat you far better than a phone on patchy mobile data.
Check the format on the product page first. A file that needs particular software is not broken because the wrong program tried to open it.
If the download itself looks corrupt, re-download it once — a truncated transfer is the usual cause, and running out of disk space is the usual cause of that.
Still wrong? Tell us with your order reference and what you are seeing, and we will verify the file on our side.
Yes. Every licence tier permits commercial use — a site that sells, advertises or is run for profit.
We charge once for the licence and take no share of what you make with it.
Yes, and we would rather you did than fought it. Two honest consequences:
- Support cannot cover your changes. We can help with the product as we shipped it; we cannot debug code we did not write.
- Updates overwrite our files. If you edited ours directly, your edits go with them.
Where the docs describe a supported way to customise — a child theme, a hooks layer, an overrides folder — use that and your work survives updates. Clause 6 of the Licence Agreement explains why.
No. Not with a friend, not on a repository, not in a bundle, not free of charge.
Redistribution is the thing that most directly damages a business this size, and it is the one rule we actively enforce. The Licence Agreement Clause 8 lists it explicitly.
We write what we sell, and we will not knowingly ship malicious code. Files are stored privately and served only to the person entitled to them, over signed links.
If you believe a file from us is malicious, email [email protected]. Treat that as urgent and we will too — we will pull the product while we investigate. Our Security Policy covers reporting in general.
