Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed — normally seconds. The order page turns into a download in front of you.

How long the file then takes to reach your machine depends on its size and your connection, and that part is out of our hands. Full detail in the Delivery Policy.

Yes — an order confirmation, an invoice, and a licence key email if the product is licensed.

The email is a receipt, not the delivery. Your download lives in your account, which is a great deal safer than a link sitting in an inbox.

Check spam, then check the address you typed — a mistyped email is the most common cause and we cannot deliver to an address that does not exist.

Then sign in and look at your order. If it is there and complete, nothing is wrong with your purchase — only the email failed. Tell us and we will resend it.

Payment is confirmed and we are issuing your entitlements and licence key. It is the normal middle state and it clears in seconds.

Close the page if you like. It finishes without you, and the download will be waiting in your downloads.

Message us with the order reference. Do not place a second order — if the first one then completes you have paid twice.

If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund with no time limit. See Refunds.

Not as a cancellation — there is nothing to intercept, because access is granted immediately. What you can do is request a refund within 72 hours.

If you realise straight away, ask straight away and say so.
