Payments
How to pay, what currency you are charged in, invoices, and failed payments.
Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets, through our payment partner. What is actually available depends on where you are, and the checkout page shows you exactly what you can use before you commit.
The currency and the tax treatment are both shown at checkout before you pay. That figure is what your bank settles.
If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign-transaction fee. That is between you and your bank — we never receive it and cannot refund it.
No. We never see or store your full card number, your UPI PIN, your netbanking password, or any other payment secret. Those go straight to our payment partner inside their own regulated system and never touch our servers.
What we keep is the boring part: a payment reference, the amount, whether it succeeded. Enough to match your payment to your order and to refund you. See Clause 6 of the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the arrangement in force when you buy, the charge may appear in our payment partner's name rather than ours, because the partner may act as merchant of record for the transaction.
That changes nothing that matters to you: DELTRIG still supplies the product, licenses it, supports it, and is responsible to you for it. Your invoice identifies which arrangement applied. Clause 9 of the Terms of Service explains it.
Give it a few minutes. Payment confirmation sometimes lags behind the money leaving your account, and our system keeps checking on its own — it does not rely on your browser telling it anything, so closing the page is safe.
Still nothing? Message us with the order reference and the payment reference from your bank. If the payment reached us you get the order or your money back. Do not place a second order — that usually means two orders to untangle instead of one.
Usually not — a failed payment normally means nothing left your account.
Sometimes a bank places a temporary hold and releases it on its own, typically within a few working days. If you see a hold that does not clear, send us the payment reference and we will confirm from our side whether we ever received it.
We genuinely do not know, and that is not us dodging — the bank does not tell us. It is usually a limit, an international-transaction block, or the bank's own risk check.
Try another method, or call your bank. If everything fails, message us.
No. The total at checkout is the total. No handling fee, no gateway fee, no line item that appears after you press pay.
Yes. It is on your order page and in your transactions, downloadable any time.
If you need a tax identifier on it, enter it at checkout — we cannot always reissue an invoice with details added afterwards.
No. We do not accept, hold, deal in or price in any cryptocurrency, token or digital asset.
