Getting Started
What DELTRIG is, what we sell, and how to buy your first product.
DELTRIG builds and sells premium digital products — WordPress themes and plugins, standalone scripts, applications and source-code packages — and takes on bespoke web development work.
You buy a product, pay, and download it straight away. Nothing ships, nothing waits for someone to email you a link by hand.
DELTRIG is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Rahul Chouhan, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
Three things, and they work differently:
- Products — themes, plugins, scripts, applications. A download, licensed to you.
- Extensions — add-ons that extend a product you already own. See Extensions.
- Custom work — we build something for you. See Custom Work.
Everything is digital. Nothing is posted.
Three steps:
- Pick the product and add it to your cart.
- Pay.
- Download it — the button appears on your order page the moment payment clears.
If the product is licensed, a licence key is emailed to you at the same time. The file also stays in your downloads permanently, so you can fetch it again from any device you are signed in on.
No. You can check out as a guest and the download on your order page works immediately.
We do create an account for you behind the scenes and email you a link to set a password, because that is what lets you download the file again in six months and keeps your licences in one place. Without it, the copy you saved at the time is the only copy you have.
The file or files listed on the product page, at the version shown there — plus a licence key if the product is licensed, and documentation where it has any.
If a product bundles several files, you get all of them; they appear as separate downloads on your order.
The product page is the description of record: what it is, what it contains, what version, what format, what size, which licence tier, and what platform or environment it needs.
Where there is a live demo or screenshots, they are linked from the page. Read the next answer about those.
If something you need to know is missing, ask us before you buy rather than after. We would far rather answer a pre-sales question than argue about a refund.
Usually not entirely, and this is the single most common misunderstanding in this trade — so please read it.
A demo is configured, populated and styled to show the product at its best. The sample images, logos, videos, brand marks, fonts and placeholder text in it are frequently licensed to us for demonstration only, and are not included in what you receive unless the product page says so.
What you receive is the product. You supply your own content. Clause 9 of the Licence Agreement sets this out in full.
Check the requirements on the product page — platform, version, any dependency. Those requirements are part of the description, and a product is not faulty because it does not run somewhere it never claimed to.
If your environment is not listed and it matters, ask first. That one question, answered in advance, prevents almost every compatibility dispute we have ever had.
