Disclaimer
In short: Our products are tools, not outcomes. We warrant that a product will materially do what its product page says — and beyond that, it is supplied as is. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, traffic, legal compliance or compatibility with every environment. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Demonstration content is a demonstration, not what you receive. You are responsible for testing on a staging copy and taking a backup before anything touches a live system. The numbered clauses below are what govern; this box is a convenience summary.
Effective from: 30 September 2026
1. Scope
This Disclaimer applies to https://deltrig.com, to every product, extension, download, licence and service we provide, and to all content we publish — product pages, documentation, demonstrations, changelogs, blog posts, the Help Centre, automated estimates and anything an automated assistant tells you.
It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service and Licence Agreement. It is issued by DELTRIG, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Rahul Chouhan, of Dakra, Khalari, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India – 829210.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits a right that applicable consumer law gives you and does not permit to be excluded. Where such a law applies, this document takes effect subject to it. Clause 23 of the Terms of Service and Clause 18 of the Licence Agreement contain the liability limits that accompany this Disclaimer.
2. What We Do Warrant
So that this document is not read as disclaiming everything, here is what we stand behind:
- We have the right to license each product to you.
- Each product will materially perform as its product page describes. If it does not, that is our problem — we will correct it, replace it, or refund it, and a refund in that case is not a discretionary decision. See Clause 8 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We will not knowingly ship a product containing malicious code, and files are served only to the person entitled to them, over signed links.
Everything below describes the boundary of those commitments. It is not an attempt to retract them.
3. Supplied “As Is”
Beyond Clause 2, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and every product are provided “as is” and “as available”, without further warranty, condition or representation of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In particular we do not warrant that: the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that any defect will be corrected within a particular time; that a product is free of all bugs; or that a product will meet a requirement you have in mind but have not told us about.
4. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, medical or other professional advice, and nothing should be relied on as such.
This applies with particular force to anything that looks like a compliance feature. A product that includes a cookie banner, a consent control, a privacy or terms template, an invoice generator, a tax field, an accessibility helper or a GDPR-related setting is a tool that can help you comply. It is not compliance, it is not certification, and it does not constitute advice about your own obligations.
Whether your use of our product satisfies a law that applies to you, in your jurisdiction, in your industry, with your data and your customers, is a question for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Take that advice. We cannot give it, and we are not liable for a consequence of you not taking it.
5. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, about any commercial or technical result you may obtain from using our products or services. Specifically and without limitation, we do not promise:
- Revenue, sales, conversions or profit. A well-built store does not guarantee customers.
- Search rankings, traffic or visibility. A product described as search-friendly is built with technical good practice in mind. Ranking is determined by search engines using criteria they control and change, and no software can guarantee a position.
- Page-speed or performance scores. Those depend on your hosting, your configuration, your images, your third-party scripts and the measurement tool. A benchmark we publish was measured in our environment, not yours.
- Accessibility conformance. Where a product is built with accessibility in mind, that is a design intention. Genuine conformance requires manual testing with assistive technologies, expert review, and attention to the content you add, which is yours.
- Security of your installation. A product's own code being sound does not secure a system you configure, host, extend and populate.
- A timeline for a feature or a fix, unless separately agreed in writing.
Any figure, metric, testimonial or case study on the Service describes a particular result in particular circumstances. It is not typical, not promised, and not a projection for you.
6. Compatibility
Each product page states the platform, version and environment requirements that apply to it. Those requirements are part of the description, and a product is not defective because it does not work in an environment it never claimed to support.
We do not warrant compatibility with: every hosting provider or server configuration; every version of an underlying platform, language runtime or database, including versions released after the product; every theme, plugin, extension, library or framework you may combine it with; or every browser or device.
Software ecosystems change underneath us. A platform update, a browser change, a deprecated function or a third-party service altering its interface can affect a product's behaviour without anything in the product having changed. We will normally respond with an update, and we do not warrant that we will, or that the update will arrive before the disruption does.
If your environment is not listed and it matters to you, ask us before you buy. That question, answered in advance, prevents almost every compatibility dispute.
7. Demonstrations, Screenshots and Demo Content
Demonstration sites, preview links, screenshots and videos exist to show a product working. They are illustrative.
A demonstration is typically configured, populated and styled to show the product at its best. It may include sample images, logos, videos, brand marks, fonts, icon sets and placeholder text that are not licensed to you and are not part of what you receive, unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Clause 9 of the Licence Agreement deals with this in detail, because it is the most frequent misunderstanding in this trade.
A demonstration may also run on hardware, with caching, or with a configuration that differs from yours. Its speed is not a performance promise.
8. Documentation, Guidance and the Automated Assistant
Documentation, tutorials, code snippets, configuration examples and Help Centre articles are provided in good faith and may be incomplete, superseded or wrong for your particular version or environment. Where documentation and a product's actual behaviour disagree, the behaviour is the fact, and we would be grateful to be told.
Any code sample is illustrative. Review and test it before running it on a system you care about.
The automated assistant on the Service is not a person and will not pretend to be. It answers questions about how the Service works and can look up your own orders when you are signed in. It can be wrong. It cannot issue a refund, alter an Order, or vary any term, and nothing it says binds us or overrides these documents. Anything that moves money or changes an entitlement is handled by a person.
9. Estimates and Pricing Guidance
Any figure produced by a configurator, calculator or indicative price list on the Service is an estimate for guidance only. It is not an offer, not a quotation, and not binding on either of us.
A price for bespoke work becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing against a defined scope, as Clause 13 of the Terms of Service provides. Timelines shown alongside an estimate are indicative and assume your timely provision of content, access and approvals.
10. Third-Party Components, Services and Links
Some products include or depend on components licensed from others, including open-source libraries, fonts and icon sets. Those components are supplied under their own licences, and we make no warranty on behalf of their authors.
Where a product integrates with a third-party platform, API or service, that service is outside our control. Its availability, pricing, terms, rate limits and interface may change or end, and we are not responsible for the consequence to your installation.
Links from the Service to third-party websites, marketplaces, documentation or repositories are provided for convenience. We do not endorse them, do not control them, and are not responsible for their content, products, security or practices.
11. Your Responsibilities
These are not disclaimers dressed up as advice. They are the practical measures that prevent most of what this document is about:
- Test on a staging copy first. Never install or update a product directly on a live production system.
- Take a backup before installing or updating anything, and verify that the backup restores. This single step is the difference between a bad update being an inconvenience and being an outage.
- Use the documented extension points. If you edit our files directly, an update will overwrite your edits — Clause 6 of the Licence Agreement explains why and what to do instead.
- Keep your platform, dependencies and server patched. Most compromises of a site running our software are compromises of the surrounding stack.
- Replace demonstration assets with material you have the right to use, before going live.
- Satisfy yourself the product does what you need before it carries anything that matters.
You are responsible for your installation, your configuration, your hosting, your data, your backups, your content, and your compliance with the law that applies to you.
12. User Content and Reviews
Reviews, ratings, comments and other material submitted by users are the views of those users and not ours. We do not adopt or endorse them, and we do not warrant their accuracy.
We do not pay for reviews, do not publish fabricated reviews, and do not remove a review merely because it is unfavourable. We will remove one that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and do not warrant that it will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for an upgrade, because of a failure at a provider we depend on, or for a reason beyond our control.
Downloads and licence verification are designed to fail gently: an installation already running continues to work if our verification service is unreachable, because verification authorises updates rather than permitting the product to run. A download unavailable at one moment remains in your Account and is not consumed by a failed attempt.
14. Forward-Looking Statements
Statements about a planned feature, a roadmap item, an intended release or a future capability describe our current intention. They are not commitments, and we may change or abandon any of them without notice or liability.
Buy a product for what it does today, as its product page describes it — not for what a roadmap suggests it may do later.
15. Errors on This Site
We try to keep the Service accurate, and a page may nonetheless contain an error in a description, a specification, a price, an availability statement or an image. We do not warrant that content is free of error, and we may correct an error at any time without notice.
Where a manifest pricing error affects an Order, Clause 8.5 of the Terms of Service governs: we will contact you, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you decline.
16. Limitation of Liability
This Disclaimer operates together with the limitations in Clause 23 of the Terms of Service and Clause 18 of the Licence Agreement, which set out the financial cap on our liability and the categories of loss excluded.
Nothing in this Disclaimer or those clauses limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited or excluded.
17. Changes and Contact
We may update this Disclaimer. The current version is published on this page with its effective date, and superseded versions are retained and available on request from [email protected].
Questions about anything here: [email protected]. Product and compatibility questions before you buy: [email protected] — and please do ask, because it is the cheapest way for both of us to avoid a dispute.
