Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments are handled at DELTRIG (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing services from https://deltrig.com/, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
Since our services involve digital products, custom work, and service-based deliverables, refunds are limited and provided only under specific conditions defined in this policy.
DELTRIG aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and high-quality service for every client.
2. No Refund on Digital Products
Refunds are not available for digital items such as:
- Website templates
- UI kits / Figma files
- Digital downloads
- Packs, bundles, documents
- Activation tools, scripts, or any downloadable asset
Once delivered or downloaded, these items cannot be returned, and therefore no refund will be issued.
3. License Activation Services
Refunds are not provided for:
- License activation
- API key-based activation
- Theme/plugin installation with license
- Renewal or upgrade purchases
Reason: Licensing involves third-party systems and becomes irreversible once activated.
If activation fails due to our end, we will fix or replace the license at no extra cost.
4. Web Design & Development Services
a. Before Project Begins
If the project has not started:
80% refund (20% deducted as booking & resource allocation fee)
b. After Project Has Started
Refund will depend on work completed:
- Up to 25% work completed → 50% refund
- 25%–75% work completed → No refund, but partial credit may be offered
- More than 75% completed → No refund
Work progress is determined based on:
- Design drafts
- Development completed
- Revisions delivered
- Hours spent
- Tools and resources used
c. Custom Projects
Custom-coded work, custom plugins, and integrations are non-refundable once development has begun.
5. Subscription Services
Includes:
- Website management
- Social media management
- Performance & security plans
- Monthly support plans
Refunds
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once the monthly cycle has started.
- No partial-month refunds.
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Access to services stops after the period ends.
6. Cancellation by DELTRIG
DELTRIG may cancel your service if:
- Abuse, misconduct, or fraudulent activity is detected
- Payment disputes or chargebacks occur
- Required information is not provided within reasonable time
- Terms & Conditions are violated
In such cases:
- No refund will be provided unless legally required.
7. Delivery Failure
If you do not receive your digital product or service due to an error on our side:
- We will resend the files/access within 24–48 hours
- If delivery is impossible due to technical issues, a partial refund may be considered
This does not apply to:
- Incorrect email provided by the client
- Server or hosting issues on client’s side
- Missed messages or delayed replies
8. Quality Issues & Revisions
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must request revisions first.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction unless:
- No work has been initiated
- We fail to deliver agreed scope even after revisions
Revisions must align with the service package purchased.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated:
- All services will be immediately paused
- All licenses, access, and deliverables will be revoked
- Legal action may be taken for fraudulent disputes
We encourage clients to first contact us through official support channels.

11. Policy Updates
DELTRIG reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with an updated “01/11/2025” date.
